We operate the technical front-office, responsible for receiving and processing requests from the brands’ clients regarding modifications to vehicle technical specifications and import processes.

We ensure the entire process of receiving and following up on customer requests, including clarifying queries, issuing technical declarations and manufacturer statutory plates, and providing the documentation required to meet legal and regulatory standards, in full compliance with the guidelines established by the brands.
